Rockabilly es un pub/bar/restaurante en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria,  se encuentra entre la zona de Triana y la del Obelisco. En la calle canalejas haciendo esquina con la calle Murga.
Si queréis pasar un buen rato con amigos cerveza y hamburguesa es vuestro sitio.
El look del local es muy americano,  motero,  pero eso si,  que el futbolín no nos falte.

What to buy in supermarkets oriental?

Jengibre encurtido (deliciosas láminas de gengibre con un toque de avinagrado)
Este paquete es de 1 kilo.
Yo lo uso para acompañar al sushi y como ingrediente en las ensaladas (como el que añade un tomate o unas nueces a  la ensalada yo añado unas láminas de jengibre,  quedan muy buenas):
Precio: umos 5€.

Pickled ginger (ginger delicious with a touch of vinegar)
This package is 1 kilo.
I use it to accompany the sushi and as an ingredient in salads 
Price: umos € 5.

  Pastel de Arroz:  Estas dos marcas me gustan mucho, se hidratan con agua durante unas 5 horas y luego lo salteo con una cucharada de aceite  y cuando se empiezan a dorar un poquito añado una o dos cucharadas de salsa de soja y lo retiro del fuego y al plato.

Paquetes de 400gr.

White Rice Cake: These two brands I really like it, are hydrated with water for about 5 hours and then skipped with a tablespoon of oil and then one or two tablespoons or soy sauce.

Empanadillas de carne con verduras: Estas dos marcas tiene 20 empanadillas cada bolsa.

Las preparo de dos formas distintas:

- Al vapor 10 ó 15 minutos y después las pongo sobre lechuga y las acompaño mojándolas en una mezcla de 1/2 salsa de soja, 1/4 vinagre de arroz y 1/4 de vinagre (a mi me gusta con vinagre de módena).

- Hervidas con un dedo de agua en la sarten y cuando se acabe el agua añadir salsa de soja 2 cuchaardas y retirarlas del fuego. 

Muy Ricas!!

Meat dumplings with vegetables: These two brands have 20 dumplings each bag.

The prepared in two different ways:

- Steamed 10 or 15 minutes and then put them on lettuce and accompanied by wetting them in a mixture of half soy sauce, 1/4 rice vinegar and 1/4 of vinegar (I like it with balsamic vinegar) .

- Boiled water with a finger in the pan and when it's over water add soy sauce 2 cuchaardas and remove from heat.

Doodle de hoy homenaje a Maurice Sendak

Google hace un homenaje al nacimiento de Maurice Sendak,  dibujante y escritor de literatura infantil.

Crearon un Doodle animado, pulsando Play comienzan a aparecer muchos de los personajes de los libros.

Es muy bonito.

Google pays homage to the birth of Maurice Sendak, illustrator and writer of children's literature.

They created an animated Doodle, pressing Play start appearing many of the characters in the books.

Aspectos positivos:

Yo sólo lo he probado caliente y es muy bueno.

Aspectos negativos: ninguno (por ahora).

Mi opinión: A mí me lo recomendaron y yo ahora lo recomiendo.

Positives:

The bags come in individual sealed envelopes.

I only tried it hot and very good.

Negatives: none (for now).

My opinion: Recommended it to me and now I recommend it.

Es un labial nuevo,  que han sacado para la primavera verano 2013. Huele genial, deja un efecto brillante,  es muy hidratante y deja mucho color.

La desventaja es que si tienes pellejitos en el labios los remarca y se ve muy feo. Teniéndolos hidratados todo cambia.

A new labial for this spring and summer 2013. It is nice smell, shiny, moisturizing and strong color.

The disadvantage is that if your lips are in disrepair the remarks and looks very ugly,  however having them hydrated everything changes.
